REALM's Leadership Training is a Spirit-led development pathway designed to equip called leaders with biblical foundation, prophetic discernment, and practical ministry skill. It walks believers through a structured journey of conversion, equipping, empowering, and sending out.

The training is for any believer who senses a call to ministry leadership — whether you are just beginning to discern your calling or you are already serving and desire deeper equipping and accountability.

The pace is personal. Training unfolds in stages and is shaped by your readiness, faithfulness, and the discernment of those walking with you. There is no fixed timeline — the goal is transformation, not completion.

Both. We gather in person for key sessions and conferences, and we offer online teaching and conversation so leaders across regions can participate. The hybrid format allows us to serve a global community.

Core teaching is offered freely as a ministry. Certain intensives, conferences, or resources may carry a modest cost to cover materials and logistics. We never want cost to hinder a genuine call — reach out and we will talk.

Spiritual covering is a relational, accountable partnership between a leader and a recognized apostolic or prophetic ministry. It provides prayer support, counsel, discernment, and a safeguard of integrity — not ownership or control.

Both ministry leaders and individuals may apply. Ministry leaders seeking covering for their calling and work complete the Ministry Leader form; individuals seeking personal spiritual relationship and growth complete the Individual form.

It begins with an interest form. After review, we schedule an introductory conversation so both sides can understand one another and discern the relationship before any commitment is made.

Covering is not membership in a local church. It is a relational and spiritual accountability partnership. You remain connected to your own church and ministry while receiving guidance, prayer, and support from REALM.

No. Covering is built on mutual honor and freedom. We offer counsel, prayer, and accountability — we do not govern your decisions, finances, or operations. You retain full responsibility for your ministry.

We ask for honesty, openness to counsel, regular communication, and a heart willing to grow. Covering is a two-way relationship — it thrives on trust and mutual commitment, not on hierarchy.
